This notice applies to this pre-launch website and its launch notification list. The desktop app and future Community service will have their own launch notices.
Who looks after the list?

What we collect and why
When you join, we save your email address, signup time and the wording/version of your launch-email request. We use it for the Cloth & Colour launch notification you requested. Joining does not create an app account, buy anything, or subscribe you to other products. We don’t sell the list.
Hosting and technical information
This site and signup database are hosted by Cloudflare. Hosting and request processing may occur outside Canada. Cloudflare receives ordinary connection information, including IP addresses, and may keep security or operational logs under its own policies. This site uses short-lived edge rate limits to reduce abuse; raw IP addresses and those rate-limit keys are not saved in the signup database.
The page has no advertising pixels, third-party analytics or external font service. The video and fonts are served with the page. The application does not set signup or tracking cookies. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
App feedback and support
If you use the app’s feedback form, your message, optional reply email and any app details you explicitly include are sent through Resend to reece@levelupclassroom.com. Quilts, fabric photos, licenses and file paths are not attached automatically. These messages are separate from the launch list and do not sign you up. We keep support correspondence for up to two years after the conversation closes. The signup database stores only a daily feedback count for abuse prevention, cleared after seven days, not the feedback message. Resend and the receiving email provider may process and retain messages outside Canada under their own policies.
Leaving the list
After a new signup, you receive a private removal link on the confirmation screen and in the automatic receipt email when sending succeeds. Keep or bookmark it, and keep it private: anyone with the link can remove that entry. Opening that page alone does not remove you; confirm with its button. You can also request removal by emailing us. We will handle access and correction requests through the same address.
How long we keep it
We keep launch-list entries until the requested launch communication has been completed, you request removal, or twelve months after signup, whichever comes first. A daily cleanup removes entries older than twelve months from the active list. After the launch communication, we will clear the completed notification list. Provider backups and security logs may persist under Cloudflare’s own retention arrangements; active-list removal is not a promise of immediate erasure from every backup.
Emails
We use Resend to send a short receipt after a new signup, from Cloth & Colour <noreply@levelupclassroom.com>. Replies go to reece@levelupclassroom.com. Resend processes your recipient address, message content and delivery information; its processing may occur outside Canada. We do not add open- or click-tracking to these receipts. Resend may retain message data and security logs under its own policies. See Resend’s privacy policy.
The on-page success message confirms that your request was saved; it does not guarantee inbox delivery. If email sending is temporarily unavailable, your request stays saved and the on-page removal link still works. Duplicate signups do not trigger another receipt. This is a receipt, not email-ownership verification. Any later launch message will identify Cloth & Colour and include a way to leave the list.
